  1. I spread 1 tbsp in four serving tins sour cream.
  2. Gently (the yolk should remain intact) I put in each one egg each.
  3. Salt, pepper to taste. Add 1 more dining room a spoonful of sour cream, and then 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes.
  4. I put the molds in a large bowl and pour so much water into it, so that the water level reaches half the height of the molds.
  5. I cover everything with foil and send it preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes.
