  1. Mix the prepared ground beef with the soaked bun, chopped parsley, ground pepper and salt.

  2. We cut large eggplants into thin long slices (12 pcs.), salt, spread in oil and fry on 2 sides, until soft.

  3. From the prepared beef mixture we form small balls (12 pcs.), spread on slices of fried eggplant and turn into rolls. Pour tomato sauce (½ part) into the mold, spread rolls with minced meat, pour over the rest of the sauce and put in the oven with 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. Then take out the fragrant rolls, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Delicious hot eggplant rolls with take out the ground beef and immediately serve.
