  1. Boiled chicken eggs (7 pcs.) Hard boiled and cut into circles. Thaw the defrosted puff pastry onto the surface (over use flour if necessary), roll out slightly and cut a small circle tin (the diameter should be larger than the diameter of the eggs).

  2. Grease the prepared dough circles with a beaten egg, sprinkle with dried basil, add in the middle of the egg circles and put on a baking sheet. We put in the oven at 200 degrees and bake eggs on puff pastry for 15 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, salt, ground pepper until magnificent condition and sent to a bag with a nozzle. Eggs on dough take out, cool and add on top a little sour cream mixture.

  4. We shift a beautiful appetizer of eggs on a plate, decorate greens and serve immediately.
