  1. 2 eggs, mix with 120 g of cottage cheese 5% (to homogeneity).
  2. Add 80 g of sugar, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 200 ml kefir (1%). Mix.
  3. Gradually start adding flour, again good stirring.
  4. Add candied fruit, raisins, dried apricots (the quantity depends on your desire), 1 bag of vanillin and 1 tsp. of baking powder.
  5. We remove our cakes in the oven (180C) for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Cooking the icing: 2 protein and 60 grams of icing sugar mix until thick. This will take about 10 minutes.
  7. We decorate hot cakes with glaze and pastry topping.
