  6. Sprinkle raisins with flour, mix.
  7. After 2 hours, knead the dough, knead for 2-3 minutes. I divided the dough into 2 parts, I do one part without raisins.
  8. Add raisins to the dough and knead the dough. Divide the dough into parts, put in the mold half and leave to dough approached (~ 1-1.5 hours).
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  10. Glaze: gradually add the powdered sugar to the egg white, by stirring. At the end, add lemon juice, mix.
