My parents grow ducks, but I do not really like them. The only dish I eat from them is a duck in the oven! AND and the fatter the duck, the more tender the meat. And such I can “issue” a duck without helpers. Well, very tasty!

- For marinade, mix mustard, lemon juice, salt, spices and chopped garlic.
- Coat the duck on all sides with this marinade. Cover with foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
- Put the duck in the sleeve for casserole, breast down.
- Coarsely chop the orange and apples and put in the duck.
- Tie a sleeve and make a few punctures with a knife.
- Bake in the oven 180º 1.5 hours.
- Then open the sleeve from above, pour the duck overflowing fat.
- Return to oven for 30 minutes.
