Duck with apples in the oven: video recipe

My parents grow ducks, but I do not really like them. The only dish I eat from them is a duck in the oven! AND and the fatter the duck, the more tender the meat. And such I can “issue” a duck without helpers. Well, very tasty!

  1. For marinade, mix mustard, lemon juice, salt, spices and chopped garlic.
  2. Coat the duck on all sides with this marinade. Cover with foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Put the duck in the sleeve for casserole, breast down.
  4. Coarsely chop the orange and apples and put in the duck.
  5. Tie a sleeve and make a few punctures with a knife.
  6. Bake in the oven 180º 1.5 hours.
  7. Then open the sleeve from above, pour the duck overflowing fat.
  8. Return to oven for 30 minutes.
