  1. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Put mushrooms on it, cut into small pieces, salt a little, fry five minutes.
  2. Add the diced potatoes again lightly salt, pepper, fry for another ten minutes.
  3. Fill a scorched duck with fried mushrooms and potatoes, grate with salt and pepper. Fasten with wooden toothpicks.
  4. Put the stuffed duck in a baking sleeve, shift into shape and put in the oven for an hour and a half.
  5. When serving – put green salad leaves on a dish, on them – duck (toothpicks removed), next – fresh vegetables.
