  3. Pour in the orange juice. Bring to a boil, let it boil a minute.
  4. Duck legs salt and pepper on both sides. Spread in the spaces between the legs of the pear and pour everything with juice from pans.
  5. Bake for about an hour at 180-200 degrees. Every 15 minutes we take out and water the duck with juice.
