My parents grow domestic ducks for food. But we are very rare we eat them, basically I only cook the whole duck with apples. For the first time I decided to try to cook a duck in a marinade from soy sauce and cut it into pieces. It turned out very soft meat and not greasy.

  1. For marinade, mix soy sauce with ground mustard garlic, pepper and dried herbs.
  2. Pour the duck with marinade, cover with foil and leave overnight in the fridge.
  3. Bake in the oven in the form under the foil for 2-2.5 hours at 170 ° C at the end, you can slightly increase the temperature.
  4. I bake it so that the meat easily moves away from bones.
