  1. We wash duck skin with skin, soak it with paper wipes and make cuts on the skin. Sprinkle the duck with ground salt pepper, marjoram and rosemary leaves. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. In hot oil (2 tbsp.) Send prepared duck breast and fry over medium heat from two sides to a brown crust. Put the fried breasts into a mold, add around the wedges peeled and peeled apples, sprigs of rosemary. We cover everything foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes, in 15 minutes remove the foil.

  3. We take out fragrant duck breasts and immediately serve. TO duck breast on a side dish is perfect mashed potatoes and canned peas. Cook the potatoes until tender, for 3 minutes before the end we add canned peas so that it warmed up, then drain and mashed in mashed potatoes.
