  1. Grate duck carcass with spices and garlic.

  2. Cut apples, remove seeds and core.

  3. Quarters of fruit placed inside the duck.

  4. Cover the form with foil, put the carcass on it and overlay apple slices.

  5. Wrap the foil and send the duck to the oven. Bake with temperature of 200 degrees 50 minutes.

  6. Expand the foil and let the carcass brown for another 15 minutes.

  7. Serve with dried cherries and herbs.
