Cooking a homemade duck is not as difficult as it might seem. Especially if you make it up your sleeve. The duck baked in a sleeve – delicious and fragrant dish that can be served for lunch or dinner. Duck goes well with side dishes such as boiled vegetables, rice or mashed potatoes.

- Mix seasoning with vinegar and salt. Cut the carcass into portion pieces, rub the resulting mixture of seasonings.
- Spread in a baking sleeve, tie and leave in rest for an hour or two, so that the duck is marinated.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put on a baking sheet sleeve with a duck. Bake at least two and a half hours. For 7-10 minutes before the end we cut the sleeve in the middle.
