Cooking a homemade duck is not as difficult as it might seem. Especially if you make it up your sleeve. The duck baked in a sleeve – delicious and fragrant dish that can be served for lunch or dinner. Duck goes well with side dishes such as boiled vegetables, rice or mashed potatoes.

  1. Mix seasoning with vinegar and salt. Cut the carcass into portion pieces, rub the resulting mixture of seasonings.
  2. Spread in a baking sleeve, tie and leave in rest for an hour or two, so that the duck is marinated.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put on a baking sheet sleeve with a duck. Bake at least two and a half hours. For 7-10 minutes before the end we cut the sleeve in the middle.
