  1. Mix flour, semolina, sugar and a little vanillin in one capacities.

  2. Peel the apples, remove the core. Chop the fruit on pieces no more than 2-3 cm thick.

  3. Pour a quarter of the dry mixture into a greased form, then add a layer of apples. Total layers with fruit should be three. The top is a mixture.

  4. Grate the butter and sprinkle the pie on it.

  5. Submit the form to the oven for 35 minutes. Dry cake baked at a temperature of 200 degrees.
