  1. Pour oil into a pan, toss chopped onions, lightly fry.
  2. Put the grated carrots on the finely chopped onion, fry, stirring for three minutes.
  3. Next, add finely chopped bell pepper, fry another three minutes.
  4. Following – chopped into a small cube tomato, fry, stirring a couple more minutes.
  5. Pour finely chopped greens, lightly pepper, salt, mix, cool.
  6. For sauce – in a bowl, mix the butter passed through press garlic, salt, pepper.
  7. Fish cleaned, with fins, gills removed, stuffed vegetable mixture. Put in a baking dish, coat with sauce, bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve garnished with lime slices and herbs.
