  1. Combine protein, flour, cottage cheese, butter, baking powder and salt.
  2. Knead the dough and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts, roll each. Cut a circle with using a plate. The circle is divided into eight parts. For every triangle put a piece of cheese and form cookies.
  4. We spread the cookies on a silicone mat, grease with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake cookies twenty to twenty-five minutes.
