Delicious diet chebureks cooked at home will become a real find for those who decide to lose weight and switch to proper nutrition. They are dietary due to the fact that they are made from dietary chicken meat (chicken breast), rye flour and baked in the oven, and not fried in oil, as usual.

- Minced meat is fried in a small amount of olive oil.
- Add the onion, diced, grated carrots to the minced meat and minced garlic.
- Salt, pepper and add spices. Remove from heat and cool.
- Knead the dough from kefir, flour and eggs. Add to taste salt and a few drops of olive oil.
- Roll out the dough and cut out circles (with a diameter of about 10 cm). Put the filling in each circle. We form pasties.
