Diet Bread Rolls: Video Recipe

Great diet rich in slow carbohydrates, fiber and vitamins. Instead of fiber, you can use cake from fruit after a juicer or bran. Be sure to add when cooking healthy fats (I have olives and olive oil), for example, sesame seeds, flaxseeds or any other seeds or nuts. Very tasty bread!

  1. Grind oatmeal for a long cooking in a coffee grinder or blender (or knead with a rolling pin) a couple of seconds, not a state of dust, but to felt the pieces.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: red rice flour (you can take buckwheat, flaxseed, rye, any other), fiber, oatmeal, salt, oregano.
  3. Add portions of water to the mixture. Hinder to get doughy consistency. If there is not enough water – feel free to add if there is too much water – add more oatmeal or flour.
  4. Finely chop the olives, add to the dough.
  5. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet and spread in very thin layer.
  6. Sprinkle with olive oil to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. With a knife, outline the pieces into which you will break the formation – this will be the bread.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees with convection for 20 or more minutes, if the layer is thick.
  9. Wait for complete cooling and break the formation into bread rolls. Can use as a snack, but you can serve as bread and use for sandwiches. Enjoy your meal!
