- Soak prunes and raisins in a strong tea leaves.
- Fry the bread in a pan or in a toaster.
- Pour boiling water over the bread, about a quarter liter.
- Let it brew so that the bread is soft.
- Add cinnamon, pressed dried fruits to the mass.
- Peel the apple, cut the core out of it. Combine with bread.
- Rub the cranberries with sugar and put them on the bread as well.
- Pure the whole mass with a blender in mashed potatoes.
- Boil the soup in a water bath for 20 minutes.
- Cool and garnish with cream.
