  1. Salt boiling water, pour 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil. Cook sheets of lasagna for 10-15 minutes. Get out and put into plates.
  2. Finely chop onions and fry in a pan.
  3. Add minced meat to the onion. Knead. Mix. Simmer until readiness.
  4. Stir the tomato paste in a glass of water. Add to minced meat. To cover with a lid. Cook until liquid has evaporated.
  5. Boil the mushrooms, drain the water in a bowl. Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil.
  6. Fry flour in vegetable oil. Pour 1.5 cups hot milk and 2 cups mushroom broth. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Add mushrooms. Salt and pepper. Cook another 5 minutes before thickening the sauce.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. At the bottom of the heat-resistant form, put a little mushroom sauce. Put lasagna sheets on top of the sauce. Lay out a layer of meat and a layer cheese. Repeat layers several times.
  9. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
