What could be tastier than homemade food cooked with love! Try to cook at home for your household delicate, tasty tilapia. Garlic and fresh herbs add flavor to the fish. The recipe is very plain. The fish is cooked in the oven, nothing needs to be fried. Garnish you can cook to taste. It goes well with potatoes or broccoli. A more traditional serving is with rice.

  1. Thaw tilapia fillets, dry with paper towels. Salt and sprinkle with dried garlic.
  2. Grease the baking dish. Put prepared fillet in form. Put slices of butter on top of the fish.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the form with fish foil and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cut lemon or lime into thin slices.
  5. Remove the fish from the oven. Remove foil. Put on top of the fish 3 slices of lemon. Bake fish with lemon for another 5 – 7 minutes, already without covering with foil.
  6. Serve baked fish with rice or boiled potatoes. Pour the sauce formed at the bottom of the mold. Sprinkle fresh greens.
