Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the chipotle pepper, 0.5 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; rub the steak with the mixture. Heat on moderately high heat a large cast-iron pan.   3. In a bowl, whisk the ketchup with the remaining 3 tbsp. l vinegar honey, Worcester sauce, mustard and 0.5 tbsp. water. Return the cast iron pan over medium-high heat, add ketchup mixture and cook until thickened, 3-5 minutes. Slice the steak across the fibers. Serve with sauce and cabbage.
