  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l sweet vermouth

  • 1 tsp chopped ginger

  • 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp. diced red and yellow Bulgarian pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l diced onions
  • Sweet and sour sauce (see below)
  • Green onion strips for decoration
  • Toasted sesame seeds for decoration

Sweet and sour sauce:

  • 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. orange jam
  • 1.5 tsp chopped ginger root
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped canned pineapple
  • 4 tbsp. l corn starch mixed with 3 tbsp. l water up densities

Recipe preparation:
