Ginger Sauce:
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 tbsp. l water
- 2 tbsp. l corn starch
- 1/4 Art. balsamic vinegar
- 1 peeled and cut red diced chilli
- 2 slightly crushed by the side of the knife and chopped quarters of large clove of garlic
- 1 tsp peeled and diced fresh in small cubes ginger root
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe preparation:
