Deep Fried Buffalo Shrimp – A Detailed recipe cooking. Photo of the dish:Cana Okada Time: 40 min. Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. large shrimp, remove shells and heads, ponytails to leave
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. light beer
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp. l with a slide of finely chopped pickled cucumbers
- 1 tbsp. l with a slice of chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp. l with a slice of finely chopped fresh parsley
- Deep-Fried Peanut or Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 Art. mayonnaise
- 2 stalks of celery diagonally sliced
- 1/4 Art. and 3 tbsp. l spicy buffalo sauce (seasoned sauce mature cayenne pepper)

Recipe preparation:
- Mix mayonnaise, 1/4 tbsp. hot sauce, mustard, salted cucumbers, shallots and parsley in a small bowl; cover the sauce cover and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Pour into a wide pan 5 cm. Vegetable oil and over medium heat 180-185 degrees. By checking the temperature with the kitchen a thermometer.
- Pour flour into a large bowl, pour beer and add the remaining 3 tbsp. l hot sauce, mix thoroughly; add in a bowl of shrimp and mix so that they are completely covered batter. Use a slotted spoon to remove a small amount of shrimp from batter and immerse in hot oil. Fry the shrimp in batches until completely cooked and golden brown, take about 2-3 minutes. (Between each batch, warm the oil until 180 degrees). After cooking, place the shrimp on a baking sheet, covered with a paper towel to drain the oil; then hold them warm in the oven.
- Immerse in the remaining batter celery and mix to cover it completely, remove it with a slotted spoon and deep-fry until golden brown is formed for approximately 2 minutes. Serve Fried shrimp and celery with cooked sauce.
