  1. Boil pasta in salted water and discard in a colander. Put them in portioned baking dishes.

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, pour milk, add salt.

  3. Heat the milk and add beer to the mass. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.

  4. Pour each saucepan with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for 25 minutes.
