Puff pastries with cream – an amazing treat! Puff pastry is unique in itself, it goes well with with appetizer and with sweet filling. Moreover, when combined puff pastry with sweet custard is amazing taste composition! Cream tenderness and crispy crumbly dough as if made for each other! Be sure to cook houses.

- Pour 300 ml of milk and 100 g of sugar into the pan, put on fire and bring to a boil.
- In the bowl add the remaining milk (200 ml), sugar (60 g), corn starch, mix well.
- Add eggs, mix. In a thin stream, stirring, pour hot milk into the egg-sugar mixture. Pour back into pan and cook until thickened, stirring constantly (boiling).
- We put the cream in a bowl, add 40 g of butter and 1.5 g vanillin, mix. Cover with food paper and cool.
- Beat butter (200 g) until white. Without stopping whipping, gradually add a cold custard. Continue beat until a lush cream is obtained.
- In order to bake the tubes we need forms. Puff pastry roll well and cut strips 2-3 cm wide. About 11-13 out of one layer of dough stripes.
