  1. Pour water and milk into the pan and set on fire. Add oil and salt in a small saucepan, bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add flour, whisking the dough quickly, until it forms a ball lagging behind the walls of the pan.
  3. When the dough has cooled a little, beat eggs one at a time, each time thoroughly whipping the dough with a mixer or whisk.
  4. Place the choux pastry on the parchment. Put them with big intervals. Custard cakes should grow two or three times. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
