This cake is my old love. It is incredibly tasty, soft, airy, with baked protein cream – just a song! Who doesn’t like currants, you can cook it at home with any other jam.

- Melt margarine and mix with milk, salt, sugar, 1 egg and add 2 yolks. We mix everything.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix.
- Put in the form and distribute the dough.
- Distribute the jam on top.
- Bake in the oven for 190º 30 minutes.
- Protein cream: first, whisk 2 proteins into the foam, followed by add 100 g of sugar and beat until peaks.
- We distribute the protein cream on the hot cake.
- Bake another 15 minutes.
