Then don’t pass by of this recipe, and cook at home a delicious cottage cheese casserole with black currant! Such a dietary version of the casserole is not done from flour, and from corn starch. It turns out very tasty!

  1. Combine yogurt, eggs and cottage cheese.
  2. Add vanillin, sweetener and starch. Mix with using a mixer.
  3. We lay out the mass in a silicone mold, put it on top currants and bake for an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
