Very fast cake with crumbly dough and curd filling, the pie turns out insanely tender. Be sure to cook this at home delicious cottage cheese pie! Can be done in advance and serve cold with jam.

  1. We prepare friable dough: soften margarine in a plate and sugar (1/2 tbsp), then add 2-3 tbsp flour and mash with your hands (dough should crumble).
  2. Making the filling: mix the cottage cheese with sugar (1/2 tbsp), add the egg and mix well, add milk and mix again.
  3. Pour half the dough onto a baking sheet, then spread curd filling and pour the second part of the dough (baking sheet no need to lubricate).
  4. We put in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 °. The best pie serve at room temperature.
