  1. Sift the flour and turn on the oven to heat up.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan. Pour melted butter, mix well.
  3. Mix in one container soda, slaked with vinegar, egg, granulated sugar.
  4. Pour the flour in parts and knead the dough. Finished dough must be left for 10 minutes.
  5. Grated cheese mix with a spoon of sour cream and an egg, add to mix finely chopped garlic.
  6. Roll out the dough into round cakes. The thickness should not exceed 0.5 centimeters.
  7. On the bottom cake we put cheese filling. Second cover with a cake on top. The edges of the upper cake need to be bent under the bottom.
  8. Khachapuri need to be greased with an egg and a fork to make punctures in several places.
  9. We will bake khachapuri 45 minutes (at 180 degrees).
