Of all the simple buns, I really like raisin buns. But these curd buns fell in love with me! They are so soft, sweet absolutely not dry – everything as I love! I added zest to them orange, but if you wish, you can put anything, even the same raisins.

  1. For dough, dissolve yeast and sugar in milk.
  2. Add a little flour and mix.
  3. Leave on for 30 minutes. Opara should grow well in size.
  4. If this does not happen, then the yeast is bad, and use they are not needed.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix egg white, a whole egg, sugar, cottage cheese and salt.
  6. Add melted butter and zest one an orange.
  7. Now add the dough to this bowl and mix well.
  8. Gradually pour the sifted flour in parts and knead the soft dough.
  9. Leave under cling film for 1 hour.
  10. Take out the dough and divide into 12-15 equal parts. Every roll into a ball.
  11. Spread the balls of dough on a baking sheet or in a mold at a distance apart from each other.
  12. Leave to approach for 20 minutes.
  13. Grease the buns with yolk before baking.
  14. Bake in a preheated 180º oven for approximately 30 minutes.
