  3. Add melted butter, soda and again mix.
  4. Slowly add flour and knead the dough. It should not stick to the hands.
  5. Roll out the dough into a circle ~ 3 mm thick and cut into 8 parts.
  6. Put a filling on the edge of each part.
  7. Fold bagels and put them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 180 ° C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle ready bagels with powder.
