  1. Break eggs in a bowl and pour into a blender, beat 3-4 minutes to increase the mass in volume, add while whipping sugar
  2. Pour the resulting egg mass into a large bowl and there pour sour cream, mix everything.
  3. Sift the vanillin with flour and baking powder into the dough and mix spatula until the mass is uniform. Cupcake dough should be thick.
  4. Add a handful of candied iorechs to the dough, more stir
  5. Now put the dough in a silicone mold and flatten it.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and bake a cupcake about 45 minutes.
