Cucumber and Pea Salad

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. For salad: In a large saucepan over high heat, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pea pods and cook until they will not become bright green, about 1-2 minutes. Drain and transfer the peas to a bowl of ice water to allow it to cool for 2 minutes. drain the water and transfer the pods to a salad bowl. Mix with cucumbers, tomatoes and dill.
