Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. dry red bean
- 2 pork shanks
- 6 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. l oils
- 2 diced white onion heads
- 6 diced garlic cloves
- 2 diced green bell peppers
- 2 tbsp. l ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. l paprika
- 2 tbsp. l dried oregano
- 2 tbsp. l ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l coarse salt

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a large pot, put the beans and pork. Cook for 45 minutes. to softness. Pour into a medium-sized stewpan oil, put onion, garlic, pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, pepper and fry until transparent, but do not brown.
- When the bean mixture is half full, add to the pan onion mixture and salt. Continue cooking until the water has evaporated until bean level. Keep the dish warm. Serve with rice.
