Recipes. volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr baked pork chopped into thin slices (see recipe)
  • 450 gr thinly sliced smoked ham
  • 4 portioned loaves of Cuban bread
  • 225 gr. sliced swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp. sliced pickled cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill pan. Cut cuban bread in half lengthwise. Grease each half of the bread with butter. Collect each sandwich of baked pork, ham, cheese and pickled cucumbers.
  2. Put sandwiches on a hot grill, press on top with cast iron waffle maker to make the sandwiches flatter. Fry sandwiches 2-3 min. from each side. Cut in half and serve.
