Recipes. volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr baked pork chopped into thin slices (see recipe)
- 450 gr thinly sliced smoked ham
- 4 portioned loaves of Cuban bread
- 225 gr. sliced swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp. sliced pickled cucumbers
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill pan. Cut cuban bread in half lengthwise. Grease each half of the bread with butter. Collect each sandwich of baked pork, ham, cheese and pickled cucumbers.
- Put sandwiches on a hot grill, press on top with cast iron waffle maker to make the sandwiches flatter. Fry sandwiches 2-3 min. from each side. Cut in half and serve.
