Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 120 gr. salted jerky beef (tasayo)
  • 120 gr. chicken slices
  • 450 gr pork ribs with loin
  • 450 gr beef steak
  • 450 gr pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 Art. chopped garlic
  • 1 peeled and chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 peeled and chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. peeled and peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. l cumin
  • 1 tbsp. l spanish paprika
  • 1 tbsp. l black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak the jerky beef in cold water overnight, changing the water at least twice. Remove the tasayo from the water and cut into pieces 2.5 cm. Cut the ribs into separate pieces.   2. Heat olive oil in a pan. When the oil warms up add onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, cumin, paprika and black pepper. Fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken, pulp flanks and pork tenderloin. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes. Salt.
