Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix the chops with 1 tbsp. l olive oil and garlic, laying separately 0.5 tsp. Salt and pepper. Leave at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix the onions with vinegar and a few pinches of salt. Combine mayonnaise in a small bowl, hot sauce, the remaining garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat up over medium heat a large frying pan with non-stick coating. Put the buns in the pan and squeeze them on top of another heavy a frying pan; fry until golden brown minutes on each side.
