  1. In warm kefir, dilute yeast, sugar, salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Take butter and vegetable oil, flour, egg, pour kefir mixture. Knead the dough and put in an hour in fridge.
  3. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, egg, starch and sour cream.
  4. Roll out the dough with a thin sheet, cut into 8 triangular parts. Put a filling on the wide part of each triangle and roll the leaf to the center. Bend over with a crescent moon.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put croissants on it. From above grease with a mixture of sugar and yolk. Bake for 15 minutes at temperature 200 S.
