  1. We wash the pork shoulder, on the skin side we do the longitudinal cuts in 2 directions, sprinkle with caraway seeds.

  2. In a pan we spread half the onion rings, garlic, chopped celery root (half), add salt, ground pepper, pour water and cook after boiling for 45 minutes.

  3. We take out the boiled pork, put it in the form, add around chopped carrots, tomatoes, celery root, green onions, margarine and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

  4. We take out the fragrant crispy pork shoulder, let stand 10 minutes, cut and serve with baked and fresh vegetables, potato salad.
