Recipe preparation:

  1. Fill a large pot or cauldron with half oil. Attach the deep-fat thermometer to the side. Heat oil on medium up to 175 ° C.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the minced chicken, Italian seasoning, egg, 1/4 tbsp. Panko, 1 tsp salt and a little ground black pepper.
  3. Dial 2 tbsp. l with a slice of minced chicken and shape with your hands a flat circle with a diameter of 5 cm. Put a cube in the center of the circle mozzarella.
