Recipe preparation:

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Form a circle from it with a diameter of 15 cm and a thickness of 1 cm. Cut on 8 wedges of the same size. Spread the buns evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Serve warm.

    Note

    To get a more golden brown crust, grease the tops of the buns with fat cream and sprinkle with sugar before placing them in the oven.
