Ingredients for the recipe:
- 750 gr. canned corn, no liquid
- 750 ml. milk
- 1 tbsp. diced ham
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced in small cubes
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe preparation:
- In a saucepan over medium heat melt 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) butter, fry corn kernels and onions for 5 min. Then add milk, salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove 1 cup of corn kernels from the mass and shift in a separate container. Grind the remaining mass hand blender.
- Melt the remaining cream in a skillet over medium heat butter. Add ham and red pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Add a glass of deferred corn kernels and chives.
- Pour the soup into deep plates, put the fried on top vegetables and ham, serve.
