Delicious baked chicken breasts in lemon juice – a godsend for lunch. Cooked homemade chicken breasts go perfectly with boiled potatoes. Creamy lemon sauce makes poultry very tender, and the cheese crust with lemon notes just melts in to the mouth.

  1. Products:
  2. Rinse and remove chicken films and veins.
  3. Make a creamy lemon sauce. Pour the cream into a bowl, add lemon juice – the sauce will slightly thicken.
  4. Finely grate the garlic or crush it. Add it to sauce, salt and mix everything.
  5. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Put in a non-stick baking dish chicken breasts, pour sauce on top, sprinkle with cheese, nutmeg walnut and pour the sauce again. Bake for about an hour in the oven, warmed up to 180º. In the baking process, open the oven and again pour chicken sauce.
