1. Thoroughly wash 1.5 kg of potatoes, do not peel.
2. Dry the potatoes completely and cut into 4 parts.
3. Add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp Adyghe salt (you can ordinary), 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, mix everything.
4. 1.5 kg chop the chicken into pieces, add 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, mix everything.
5. Put potatoes on a baking sheet, and pieces of chicken on top.
6. Bake at 180 gr. approximately 1-1.5 hours.
7. Check the readiness for potatoes, if the inside is soft, then can get out.
