  1. Add the yolks in a bowl and beat with cheese.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
  3. Then add it to the mixture and mix.
  4. In a separate container, beat the proteins well and add them to mixtures. Mix gently with a spatula from the bottom up.
  5. We cover the form with parchment paper and add the mixture.
  6. We take a container, pour water there and put our form on it. We put it to cook for about 15 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 160 and cook another 15 minutes. After turn off oven and leave the cheesecake there for 15 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the finished cheesecake with icing sugar. Have a nice appetite!
