  1. Beat butter with sugar and cottage cheese.
  2. Pour flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder and knead dough.
  3. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. We clean the apples, remove the middle and cut in half. Into the recess from the core we put a slice of mandarin.
  5. Divide the dough in half.
  6. Roll out one half of the dough to fit the shape, making sides.
