  1. Mix eggs with sugar and melted butter.

  2. Add cottage cheese and baking powder.

  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth. Add flour and knead crumbly dough.

  4. Chop candied fruits. If they are too hard, you can within 15 minutes to hold them in warm water.

  5. Add chopped candied fruit to the dough and knead it again so that they are evenly distributed.

  6. Cover the mold with parchment and grease with butter. Lay out dough into it and form a cupcake so that on top it is maximized smooth.
