  1. Wash, peel, chop, cook the pumpkin for five minutes, water drain, cool.
  2. Beat eggs with salt in a blender, add sugar without stopping whisk.
  3. Separately, in a blender, beat pumpkin with minimum speed cottage cheese, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla sugar, baking powder.
  4. To the curd-pumpkin mixture add beaten eggs, corn flour, stir for another two minutes, set aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture with swollen flour into a greased form. sprinkle with sesame seed, put in preheated until 170 degrees oven for 40 minutes, cool in the oven when open the door.
